This is one of our favorite dips for serving with cut veggies.
2 cans cannellini beans
1 can black beans
1 small handful fresh parsley
1 ½ limes, juice
1 t. onion powder
1 t. salt
1 – 2 T. water
Fresh pepper
Blend all ingredients in food processor. Adjust seasonings with extra lime juice and onion powder. Add extra water if needed for creamy texture. Serve with assorted cut vegetables.
