I used popsicle molds I found through Tupperware. The girls thought this was the perfect afterschool treat on a hot afternoon. Feel free to substitute any type of fruit you prefer.
3 bananas
½ cup unsweetened original almond milk
¼ t. vanilla
4 – 6 strawberries, sliced
1/3 cup Enjoy Life Brand chocolate chips
In a small blender puree the bananas, almond milk and vanilla.
Insert cut strawberries into the popsicle molds. Sprinkle half of the chocolate chips on top of strawberries.
Pour banana puree half way into each mold. Tap mold on countertop to make sure puree fills bottom of mold. Sprinkle remaining chocolate chips into molds and pour remaining puree to fill molds to the top.
Place popsicle holder on top of form and snap to close.
Freeze for several hours until they are completely frozen.
